Product finder – Search by customer type, product type, product term or LTV and we’ll tell you the products we can offer your client.

BTL Affordability calculator – Simply input the estimated valuation and rental income and well tell you how much can be borrowed. You can also tap through to see the products available at each loan amount.

BTL Rental income required calculator – We’ll tell you how much monthly rental income is required when you enter your client’s estimated valuation and loan required.

Mortgage payment comparison calculator – Simply enter details of two different mortgage scenarios and we’ll compare the repayment and interest only amount.
